South Ayrshire Council for their Local Development Plan Story Map.
The Judges felt this advanced development planning in a new trail blazing direction which other local authorities could copy and adopt. The Judges were also impressed with not only the level of ambition showed by the team but how they applying technology and innovative techniques beyond the development plan and into other areas within the Council.
